End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License
IACy International FZCO ("IACy") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Alaga platform (the "Software") strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This licence is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a Seeker or Provider on the platform.
2. Restrictions / Einschrankungen
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Software. You may not use the Software to build a competing product or service. You may not access the Software through automated means without express written permission from IACy.
3. Intellectual Property
The Software, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by IACy International FZCO and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. The Alaga name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of IACy. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
4. User Content
By submitting content to Alaga (including profile information, photos, messages, and reviews), you grant IACy a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Updates and Availability
IACy may update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. IACy does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
7. Termination
This licence is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. IACy may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Service.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For users in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law remain unaffected. Any disputes not resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
